कैसे करें गणेश आरती

यहां गणेश आरती करने का पारंपरिक तरीका है। आप इसका रोजाना अभ्यास कर सकते हैं ताकि भगवान गणेश आप पर अपनी कृपा बनाए रखें।

गणेश प्रतिमा का निर्माण

गणेश आरती करने से पहले आपको मूर्ति को ठीक से तैयार करना चाहिए। आपको मूर्ति के ऊपर रखे पुराने फूल और माला को हटा देना चाहिए। मूर्ति को साफ सुथरा बनाएं। मूर्ति के ऊपर वस्त्र, जिसका अर्थ है विशेष रूप से मूर्तियों के लिए बनाया गया कपड़ा, रखें। यह एक छोटे से शॉल या बहुत महीन कपड़े के टुकड़े की तरह हो सकता है। आरती करने वाले को भी उचित वस्त्र धारण करने चाहिए। पुरुष धोती-कुर्ता पहन सकते हैं और महिलाएं साड़ी या सलवार-कमीज पहन सकती हैं।

भगवान को वस्त्र अर्पित करने के बाद आप अगरबत्ती जला सकते हैं, गंध आरती (प्रार्थना) के माहौल का निर्माण शुरू कर देगी। इसके बाद आप मूर्ति के माथे पर चंदन (चंदन का लेप) या कोई अन्य तिलक लगाएं। मूर्ति के चारों ओर माला और फूल लगाएं और दूर्वा (भगवान गणेश को अर्पित की जाने वाली एक विशिष्ट प्रकार की हरी घास) अर्पित करें। मूर्ति के सामने मोदक की थाली (भगवान गणेश की पसंदीदा मिठाई) या कोई अन्य मिठाई रखें।

आरती थाली (ट्रे) तैयार करना

अपनी थाली के बीच में हमेशा लाल रंग का स्वस्तिक बनाएं और उस पर आरती दीपक रखें। आरती के माध्यम से न केवल एक दीपक (तेल का दीपक) का उपयोग किया जाता है, बल्कि अन्य चीजें जैसे, धूप (कपूर) आदि भी मूर्ति को अर्पित की जाती हैं। हो सके तो दीयों में शुद्ध घी का प्रयोग करें।

गणेश आरती शुरू कैसे करें

जब हर कोई इकट्ठा हो, तो गणेश चतुर्थी का नारा ‘गणपति बप्पा मोरया’ कहकर आरती शुरू करें। अपने दाहिने हाथ में आरती थाली और अपने बाएं हाथ में घंटी पकड़ो। जब हर कोई आरती करना शुरू कर दे तो आप मूर्ति के सामने घड़ी की दिशा में आरती की थाली चलाना शुरू कर सकते हैं और घंटी बजा सकते हैं। हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार भक्तों की प्रार्थना के बारे में सतर्क करने के लिए भगवान के सामने घंटी बजाई जाती है।

आरती को ‘सुखकार्ता दुखहर्ता’ या ‘जय गणेश, जय गणेश’ का पाठ करना शुरू किया जा सकता है। इन आरतियों के बाद भगवान शंकर, देवी दुर्गा आदि के लिए अन्य आरती की जा सकती है। आरती करते समय आप दूसरों को तबला और हारमोनियम बजाने के लिए कह सकते हैं। जब आप आरती करते हैं, तो आरती का पाठ करते हुए सभी को ताली बजानी चाहिए। ताली बजाना भगवान की स्तुति करते हुए भक्तों की खुशी का प्रतीक है।

आरती की विभीन प्रकिया

आरती के पूरे सत्र के दौरान विभिन्न प्रकार के आरती दीपक भगवान को अर्पित किए जाते हैं। आरती एक घी आरती दीपक, पंचरती (पांच दीपक के साथ आरती), धूप (कपूर या एक सुखद महक वाला धुंआ बनाने के लिए प्रयुक्त सामग्री), महा-आरती (कई दीपक) के साथ शुरू हो सकती है। आरती में शामिल कपूर और धूप जैसी सामग्री सभी बुराइयों से छुटकारा दिलाने में मदद करती है।

गणेश वंदना जैसी छोटी प्रार्थना या भक्तों द्वारा सामान्य रूप से पढ़ी जाने वाली किसी अन्य प्रार्थना को पढ़कर आरती सत्र को बंद कर दिया जाता है। प्रार्थना के बाद आरती की थाली पूरे समूह को दी जाती है ताकि उनके हाथ के प्याले को आरती की लौ पर ले जाकर आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करें। आरती के अंत में, पूरी आरती के दौरान भगवान द्वारा अपना आशीर्वाद देने के बाद सभी भक्तों को प्रसाद वितरित किया जाता है।

अगर पूरे मन से आरती की जाए तो भगवान गणेश भक्तों को सभी सुख और कल्याण प्रदान करते हैं। वह भक्त में केवल निःस्वार्थ भाव देखता है। वह भक्तों को शक्ति देते हैं ताकि वे जीवन में कठिनाइयों का सामना कर सकें। गणेश आरती को व्यवस्थित तरीके से करने से मन को शांति मिलती है। यह मानव जाति के पांच बुरे गुणों जैसे लालच, वासना, क्रोध, सांसारिक मोह और अहंकार को नियंत्रित करने में भी मदद करता है। यह गणेश चतुर्थी पूरे समर्पण के साथ आरती करती है और भगवान गणेश का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करती है।

How to Perfome Shri Ganesh aarti Complete Process In English

Here is the traditional way of performing Ganesh Aarti. You can practice this daily so that Lord Ganesha showers his blessings on you.

Ganesh idol making

Before performing Ganesh Aarti you should prepare the idol properly. You should remove the old flower and garland placed over the idol. Make the idol clean. Put a cloth, which means a cloth specially made for idols, over the idol. It can be like a small shawl or a piece of very fine cloth. The person performing the aarti should also wear proper clothes. Men can wear dhoti-kurta and women can wear sari or salwar-kameez.

You can light the incense sticks after offering the clothes to the Lord, the scent will start creating the atmosphere of the aarti (prayer). After this, you apply sandalwood (sandalwood paste) or any other tilak on the forehead of the idol. Place garlands and flowers around the idol and offer durva (a specific type of green grass offered to Lord Ganesha). Place a thali of Modak (Lord Ganesha’s favorite sweet) or any other sweet in front of the idol.

Preparation of Aarti Thali (Tray)

Always make a red colored swastika in the middle of your plate and place an aarti lamp on it. Not only a lamp (oil lamp) is used through the aarti, but other things like incense (camphor) etc. are also offered to the idol. If possible, use pure ghee in the lamps.

How to start ganesh aarti

When everyone is gathered, start the aarti by saying ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya’, the slogan of Ganesh Chaturthi. Hold the aarti thali in your right hand and the bell in your left hand. When everyone starts performing the aarti you can start running the aarti plate in clockwise direction in front of the idol and ring the bell. According to Hindu mythology, a bell is rang in front of the deity to alert the devotees about the prayers.

The Aarti can be started by reciting ‘Sukhkarta Dukhharta’ or ‘Jai Ganesh, Jai Ganesh’. After these aartis, other aartis can be performed for Lord Shankar, Goddess Durga etc. You can ask others to play the tabla and harmonium while performing the aarti. When you perform the aarti, everyone should clap while reciting the aarti. Clapping symbolizes the happiness of the devotees praising the Lord.

Different process of aarti

Various types of aarti lamps are offered to the deity during the entire session of the aarti. The aarti may begin with a ghee aarti lamp, pancharati (aarti with five lamps), dhoop (a material used to make camphor or a pleasant smelling smoke), maha-arati (several lamps). Ingredients like camphor and incense included in the aarti help in getting rid of all the evils.

The aarti session is closed by reciting a short prayer like Ganesh Vandana or any other prayer normally recited by the devotees. After the prayer, aarti plate is given to the whole group to receive blessings by carrying the cup in their hand over the flame of the aarti. At the end of the Aarti, Prasad is distributed to all the devotees after the Lord has bestowed His blessings during the entire Aarti.
